Refund policy

All of our products are exclusively hand crafted using multiple techniques, individually handled at different stages, any irregularities or difference in design must be taken as an intrinsic part of its natural process. 

We have made every effort to display the colours and details of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, the same may vary from screen to screen. 

However, if there is a genuine quality defect on an order (not from the sale section) or you would like to return your order (not from the sale section), then at our sole discretion, the products may be returned for a store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions. Aqua Lifestyles is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. 

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to meet these requirements will lead to the product being dispatched back with delivery charges to be borne by the customer.

To initiate an return, you can contact us at info.aqualifestyles@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, you will have to ship the product to us and provide the shipping details of the same within 5 days of receiving the request approval.  Once we receive the product and inspect the same, we will ship the new product to you or provide you a coupon with which you can purchase a new item. Shipping charges for both ways will have to be borne by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be dispatched with delivery charges to be borne by the customer. 

If the item you have prepaid for is out of stock or unavailable, a store credit/ gift card will be issued to you.

We will not be responsible if you do not accept your order on delivery for addresses outside of India. For India based orders, additional charges will be applicable to reship the product to you. In case we arrange reverse pick up, charges for the same will be deducted from the coupon issued. Please note that change of address for any reason (including but not limited to wrong addresses and/ or short addresses) will lead to failure or delivery and an additional fee for reattempt of the same will be charged.

Please also note : All Sale pieces are non-exchangeable / non-refundable. For any discounts or offers, eligible items must be added to cart in order to avail the same. 

Express shipping: We offer express shipping to certain locations. Please note that while we try our best to ensure that your order reaches you in time, we do not guarantee the transit time taken and thus we are not liable for any delays in delivery.  

Damages and issues
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to inspect the same.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly take an unboxing video of your product.

Once inspected, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping charges may be applicable worldwide. Duty charges, if applicable, have to borne by the customer. In case our company is required to pay any duty charges, the same will be deducted from the coupon code amount or the customer will be liable to pay the same to us before dispatch of the replacement. 

We do not provide reverse shipping under any circumstances. Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like customised or personalised items and masks (for hygiene purpose). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Products on sale are samples from our shoots or last pieces and may have minor defects, hence they are priced much lower than the retail price. By purchasing a product on sale, you are agreeing to accepting a product with the above mentioned specifications and understand that the same is not returnable or exchangeable. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards or products bought with store credit. No extension of expired gift cards or store credits will be provided under any circumstances. Â
